Blaye Trading

End-to-end product sourcing

Blaye manages end-to-end product sourcing for retail and B2B companies: from identifying manufacturers to delivery at the customer’s distribution center, with a structured process, defined technical standards and control at every stage. It also works on the last link of the chain, managing direct sales to the end consumer.

Service models

Sourcing and Sourcing+

Sourcing

Blaye acts as a full-service supplier: it buys the product from the manufacturer and delivers it to the customer, taking on the management of the whole chain — negotiation, technical development, production, quality and logistics. The customer has a single point of contact accountable for the final result.

Sourcing+

A model in which the customer contracts directly with the manufacturer and Blaye manages the whole process: support in selecting and qualifying the supplier, negotiation, technical and quality control, production follow-up and delivery coordination. A more efficient purchasing structure, with the same operational discipline.

Capabilities

Six capabilities, one operation

  • Manufacturer identification and qualification

Technical, production and documentary assessment of every supplier before onboarding. We only work with manufacturers of validated capacity, under formal qualification and confidentiality agreements.

  • Sourcing strategy

A mixed model: local and nearshore production when speed and flexibility come first; international when scale and technical capacity come first. Planning by category and production wave.

  • Technical product development

Complete tech packs (materials, tolerances, finishes, packaging) and an approved reference sample before any production.

    Discover Bespoke
  • Negotiation and cost structuring

Tenders with unified technical and commercial criteria. Total landed cost at destination, or EXW/FOB terms depending on origin.

  • Quality control

Independent pre-production and final product inspections, quality metrics per supplier and non-conformity management.

  • Logistics and delivery

Coordination from factory departure to receipt at destination: tracking of every shipment, deliveries in scheduled windows and formal closing of every order.

How we work

A staged process in which nothing moves forward until the previous step is validated.

  1. 01 Brief
  2. 02 Tech pack
  3. 03 Tender and selection
  4. 04 Approved sample
  5. 05 Production
  6. 06 Inspection and delivery

Three operating principles guide the process:

  • Visibility every order documented and traceable.
  • Anticipation spotting risks before they become incidents.
  • Traceability every decision recorded, with owner and date.

Standards and compliance

  • Management of the technical certifications and approvals each market requires for electrical and electronic products.
  • Labor, tax and social-environmental compliance required across the whole supply chain.
  • Complete documentation per supplier and per order.

Blaye Sellers

From the factory to the end consumer

Blaye Sellers runs its own and third-party stores on Latin America’s leading marketplaces —such as Mercado Livre and Amazon— optimizing their positioning, management and data analysis. Our catalog combines several sources: our own products, selected for their commercial potential; brands developed with Bespoke; and stores we manage for third parties.

We work through a four-stage process:

  1. 01

    Acquisition

We look for the products with the greatest potential and apply objective market and economic-viability criteria before adding them to our catalog, reducing risk from day one.

  2. 02

    Merchandising

We take care of every detail of how each product is presented on the platform —photography, description, positioning— and manage stock in line with its expected sell-through, always prioritizing replenishment capacity.

  3. 03

    Management

Day-to-day store operations rely on a model built to scale: we keep a close eye on sales, pricing, advertising and logistics, adjusting decisions to how the market actually behaves.

  4. 04

    Consolidation

No product stays in our catalog indefinitely. We continuously review its profitability and seasonality, and only items with solid performance are kept and expanded.

We serve digital shoppers who value convenience, security and easy price comparison —exactly what platforms like Mercado Livre or Amazon offer. We started in Brazil, with the aim of growing across the rest of Latin America alongside the rest of the Blaye group.
