How we operate
Phase 01 · Brief
A retailer, brand or marketplace brings us a product requirement. We translate it into a technical brief and a viable cost target.
Phase 02 · Sourcing
We tap our network in Asia and Latin America, comparing capacity, quality and true cost until we find the right supplier for that product.
Phase 03 · Development
We iterate samples until the product meets the specification exactly: materials, measurements, tolerances, labeling and packaging.
Phase 04 · Production, Quality and Logistics
Once the sample is approved, volume production begins. We inspect at the factory and manage logistics all the way to the client’s distribution center.
Phase 05 · Performance
Once it is on sale, we follow real sell-through: units, sizes, colors and returns. That reading feeds the next development cycle.
